Birth Doula Services

Services include prenatal visits, informative welcome package, on-call support 24/7 until the birth of your baby (or babies), support during labour, and the postpartum period. We will be available to you by phone, text and email for any questions you may have throughout your pregnancy and early postpartum. 

 

​During our prenatal visits we will help you to develop your birth preferences, discuss your options for pain management as well as your rights as a birthing person. Whether you choose to give birth at home or in a hospital, we believe that you are in control of your body and know what is best for you and your baby. After your baby is born we will stay with you to assist in initial breastfeeding and until you feel comfortable and secure. Our postpartum visit will be an opportunity to discuss your birth experience as well as to answer any questions you may have about breastfeeding, newborn care and, more importantly, self-care. We will continue to be available to you by phone or email as required. 



The client who is having a scheduled cesarean section has a unique set of needs and we are able to provide both pre and postpartum care that are tailored specifically to them.

Package A – Birth Doula - $1,750

Includes:

• 24/7 text  & phone support

• Informative welcome package

• 1-2 virtual visits

• 2 in person prenatal visits

• Labour + Birth support

• TENs machine 

• 1-2 in person postpartum visits

• Text & phone support to 6 weeks postpartum

• Access to our lending library

Package B – Birth Doula + 12 hours Postpartum

Includes:

• Package A

• Postpartum support for 12 hours, 3 hour minimum per visit

​

Birth fee + $420 (12 hours at $35/hr)

​

Package C – Birth Doula + 21 hours Postpartum

​

Includes:

• Package A

• Postpartum support for 21 hours, 3 hour minimum per visit

 

Birth fee + $630 (21 hours at $30/hr)
